Refund Policy
(National Pet Express / Pet Transport Services)**
1. Booking Deposit

A 20% deposit is required to secure any pet transport booking.

This deposit is fully refundable for up to 14 days after the date the booking is made.

After 14 days, the deposit becomes non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
2. Final Payment

All remaining fees must be paid no later than 28 days prior to the scheduled transport date.

If payment is not received, the booking may be cancelled and any deposit already paid will not be refunded.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 28 days before the transport date:

You will be refunded any amount paid excluding the non-refundable deposit (if the cancellation is outside the 14-day refund window).

Cancellations made within 28 days of the transport date:

No refunds will be issued, as all fees become non-refundable 28 days prior to transport.

4. Rescheduling

We will always try to accommodate date changes where possible.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and route planning.

If rescheduling is not possible and the request is made within 28 days of travel, standard cancellation terms apply.
5. Company Cancellations
If we must cancel due to reasons such as vehicle failure, staff illness, or unforeseen operational issues:

You will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

We are not liable for any additional expenses such as hotels, flights, or missed appointments.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare emergency situations (e.g., pet illness, veterinary advice not to travel):

Please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds or rescheduling may be considered at our discretion, but are not guaranteed inside the 28-day non-refundable window.
7. No-Show Policy

If the customer or pet is not available at the agreed collection time and location, the booking will be treated as a no-show.
